A deluxe, all-inclusive booth space . . . Each booth space is a 10′ x 10′ piped and draped space which includes one 6 ft skirted table & 2 chairs. You can select your location, and spaces are reserved on a first come basis. Larger spaces are also available.
TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION:
Please sign and return the complete Booth Reservation Agreement/Contract
Payment is due within 5 business day of signing the contract
Upon execution of this signed agreement, all payments made are non-refundable.
If any contracted balance remains unpaid, your booth space could be released. If booth space is released, Exhibitor is not relieved of their contractual obligation to pay the remaining balance due.
Exhibitor agrees not to sublet any booth space.
Exhibitor is expressly forbidden from “sharing” a booth with other businesses which includes the distribution of other company’s business cards and flyers, or representatives of other companies present in the booth during show hours. Exhibitor’s who ignore this provision shall be charged an additional booth rental by show management.
The exhibitor agrees to make no claim for any reason whatsoever against The WLEA, the venue or other contractors for loss, theft, damage, destructions of goods, for any injury to himself/herself or employees.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to building, floors, walls and columns in and around the exhibit property.
FIRE SAFETY AND HEALTH:
The exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for compliance with local, city and state fire, safety and health ordinances regarding the installation and operation of equipment.
Each exhibitor must keep at least one attendant in the booth at all times until breakdown.
10X10 exhibit space includes a 6 foot draped table, 2 chairs, 8 foot pipe and drape backdrop and 3 foot side railings. Electrical outlets are available upon request at an additional charge.
